established their usage to identify this
specification without any trademark status or
restriction. Organizations that wish to
establish trademarks related to this
specification should distinguish them somehow
from SysML and Systems Modeling Language, for
example by adding a unique prefix (e.g., OMG
SysML).
Unified Modeling Language and UML are
trademarks of the OMG. All other products or
company names mentioned are used for
identification purposes only, and may be
